- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible office staff.we made appointments and were told when we got there that they no longer take a certain insurance that we had always used there before.why let us make an appointment without letting us know they would not take said insurannce?several times they did not bother to call in scripts that were really needed And were waiting on.I had to wait 3 extra days to get medicine when having acute upper respiratory infection. Twice they cancelled appointments on me that I had to make again because they did not know that the doctor would not be available at that time.i can understand that mistakes happen,but they happen all the time here.dr winters is a nice friendly and helpful doctor,I never had any issues with his care,but the office staff makes it not worth it.June 20, 2017by Andra Barber
