  Each experience is different. My first time there, I waited 5 hours for my appointment, just to get a depo shot. The receptionist said they over scheduled because usually not every patient shows up. Then she commented loudly that there were people in the room that arrived way too early for their appointment (not me, but another woman). The next time I went, I was "scheduled wrong" and couldn't see the physician. So I scheduled another appointment. When I came in for that, they had scheduled me wrong again and I couldn't see a physician, she told me I would have a 3 week wait for Mirena, berated me on my weight, told me should couldn't give me emergency contraception ( which I didn't ask for ), and rolled her eyes when I didn't want to get tested that particular day ( I had just provided a sample for the pregnancy test and didn't have to pee ). When I did call to schedule my Mirena, thinking it would be 3 weeks like she said, they offered me an appointment for the very next week. The receptionist and doctor I've had were never friendly, but the nurses/technicians are always super friendly and helpful.
